What to do with leftover cupcakes when you don’t want to make cake truffles…
Step 1. Take cupcakes, cut into discs about 1/4 inch thick (or as thick as you want it, really) and place on ungreased cookie sheet…
Step 2. Bake at 350° for…oh…10-15 minutes or until they seem to be almost golden brown…
Step 3. Coat with melting chocolate (I used the melting wafers) and let dry to make chocolate covered cake biscuits…
